What to expect at your first visit
The initial visit is 75 minutes long, we will spend that time talking in depth about your health including your main concern, health history, and diet + lifestyle habits. If you have lab results or imaging we will review them together. This information is essential to building a strategic plan that addresses your goals!
Your Naturopathic Doctor will then discuss next steps which could include additional lab work, supplements, and lifestyle changes. We'll build a plan together that feels achievable and sustainable.
